Terms of Service

1. The service

i3dStudioprovides a browser-based 3D jewelry rendering studio, embeddable viewers, AR try-on, and a developer API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You keep full ownership of the 3D models, designs, images and other content you upload. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to anyone you choose to share or embed it with. We never sell your content or use it to train models without your explicit consent.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the rights to.
• Don't attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service.
• Don't resell access to the Service without an agreement.
• Don't use the Service for unlawful or deceptive purposes.

4. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Credits included with a plan reset each billing cycle; purchased top-up credits do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current cycle.

5. API & embeds

API keys are personal to your organization — keep them secret. We may apply rate limits and may revoke keys that threaten the integrity of the Service. Embedded viewers may only be served on domains you control or have authorization to use.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may add, change or retire features; if a change materially reduces functionality you pay for, you may cancel for a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
